The WAYVER cashless payment system is being used across all bars and food vendors on this event. Festival guests will obtain a WAYVER wristband upon arrival and can top it up using cash or EFTPOS at various WAYVER locations throughout the event. There is a small loading charge per wristband. Upon departure, guests can obtain a refund at the WAYVER stations or after the event through the WAYVER website until February 20th 2024. For more info on WAYVER or refunds, visit their site here.
Sunsetter Food, Wine and Music Festival is working with Waiheke Water to keep you hydrated throughout the day. Complimentary Waiheke Water is available at the festival from our special free water units so keep an eye out for these at key locations across the event.

Drink Responsibly
Highlife Entertainment has a zero-tolerance policy for intoxication and people that are heavily under the influence of alcohol. We do our best to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment at this Festival in effort to ensure everyone has a great time and we meet the conditions of our Alcohol license. Go easy on your pre-drinks because if you arrive intoxicated or considerably under the influence upon arrival we won’t be able to grant you entry. Those inside the Festival that have had a bit too much to drink will be respectfully pulled aside by our friendly staff and taken to our special customer care area where they can sharpen up again before a possible re-entry or safe departure home.
