Sunsetter Festival – FIJI Competition

Be in to WIN trip for 2 to the beautiful Matamanoa Island Resort Fiji and a 4 day/3night Blue Lagoon Fiji Islands Cruise.

What’s Included

• Return economy airfares from Auckland to Nadi for two adult’s compliments of Manase Travel Studio Smales Farm Takapuna Auckland.

• Transfer to Matamanoa Island Resort compliments of South Sea Cruises
• 3 night’s accommodation at Matamanoa Island Resort, Fiji in either a ‘Beachfront Bure’ or ‘Beachfront Villa’ with private plunge pool for 2 adults including American breakfast daily. Shell lei on arrival. Complimentary 10-minute foot ritual in the Vedomoni Spa. Complimentary use of the; tennis court, table tennis, non-motorized water sports and snorkeling equipment. Tropical juice and cold towels supplied for the entirety of the accommodation.
• 3-night Explorer Cruise with Blue Lagoon Cruises around the Yasawa Islands in an ‘Orchid Deck Cabin’ including all meals, entertainment, excursions, entrance fees and activities. Pick up from Matamanoa Island Resort and drop off at Denarau.
• 1 night’s accommodation in Denarau compliments of Highlife Entertainment.

How to enter

• Entrants must be followers of @sunsetterfestival on either Facebook and/or Instagram to be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
• Entrants must comment and tag a friend that they would like to take on the trip to go in the prize draw.
• Entrants can enter the competition on the official Highlife Entertainment and/or Sunsetter Festival Facebook and Instagram pages.

Terms & Conditions

Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. The Promoter is Highlife Entertainment Limited through its social media instagram.com/sunsetterfestival and/or www.facebook.com/sunsetterfestival

3. Eligibility: Employees and immediate families of Highlife Entertainment Limited and associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry is free.  Multiple entries are allowed per person.
5. Dates: The competition opens Thursday 5^th of December 2019 and closes on Thursday 19th December 2019 at 11.59pm. The individual prize draws will take place on Friday December 20^th
6. Prize: The first name drawn will be the winner.
   
   Prize details:
   

• The prize package cannot be split up into different packages and must be taken and used at once.
• All components of the prize must be taken together or otherwise are deemed to be forfeited.
• If there are any reasons why the trip cannot be taken then no replacement trip will be offered.
• Prizes are not exchangeable [to another trip], are not transferrable [to another traveller] and cannot be redeemed for an equivalent cash value.
• Travellers must be 20 years or older to qualify for entry.
• Travel must be commenced and completed between 06 January 2020 and 31 March 2020 or 01 November 2020 and 20 December 2020 or 06 January 2021 and 31 March 2021. No extension is available. Black out period applies between 20th December 2020 to 6th January 2021. All travel is subject to availability at the time of booking and excludes speciality cruises.
• Travel Insurance is required to be held by all travellers & is not included in the prize.
• Flight upgrades, domestic flights, travel insurance, any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, passports, travel visas required, any other transport as required to and from departure point, single supplement and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions.
• There is no cash value to this prize and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• The trip must be taken by 31 March 2021 otherwise it will be deemed to be forfeited by the winner. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the winner.
• Highlife Entertainment, Matamanoa Island Resort Fiji, South Sea Cruises, Manase Travel Studios and Blue Lagoon Cruises accept no liability for loss or damage to person or effects, and no liability in the event of death or injury whilst carrying out this trip or as a result of this trip. The winner must sign conditions before the prize is awarded. The winner and their travel companion agree to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance for this trip.

8. Winner notification:  The winner will be contacted via direct message on either Instagram or Facebook from the official Sunsetter Festival social media accounts. If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 working days Highlife Entertainment reserves the right to redraw the prize.
9. The Promoter’s decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Not redeemable: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
11. Information: By entering the competition, winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or interviewed by the Promoter and that the Promoter or promotional partners may use their names and photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.
12. Competition entries become the property of Highlife Entertainment Limited, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties.
13. Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information provided by them pursuant to paragraph
14. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible or liable for:

• Inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information
• Purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost or misdirected or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed as in the entry instructions (no private messages will be considered as entry)
• Any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a Prize Winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner
• Any injury or damage to persons or property.
• The Promoters, Highlife Entertainment Ltd, Matamanoa Resort, Manase Travel Studio and South Sea Cruises will not be liable for personal loss or injury suffered during prize winnings.
